How it works

A free journal brings together work, expenses, photos and decisions. Manage the renovation with your own team or bring in FLEGO.

Four steps

  1. Start your project without registeringEnter the apartment and your role. Complete the questionnaire to help the designer prepare the layout and design.
  2. Record the apartment conditionBefore renovation, note defects and outstanding issues after developer handover. If handover is still ahead, prepare a list of issues for the developer.
  3. Save your project and invite participantsYou need an account to save or invite. Clients invite their team; professionals invite the client. Everything entered stays with the project.
  4. Agree on work and accept the resultsRecord dates, prices, photos and expenses. The contractor marks work ready; the client checks and accepts it. Questionnaire answer history is available in the project.

When FLEGO gets involved

Inspect the apartment, oversee specific stages or the whole renovation, or select specialists and arrange oversight. You can contact FLEGO before creating a journal; scope and fees are agreed separately.

Key questions

Is it free?

The journal is free with any renovation format. FLEGO inspections, oversight and management are separate services with agreed scope and price.

Must I invite a foreman?

No. Start on your own and add participants later. Agree who adds photos and updates records.

Who can see the data?

Invited participants within their roles, stages and permissions. Shared reports are visible to the whole team. The FLEGO owner has service access; this does not mean deciding on the client’s behalf.

Do I need to install an app?

No. The journal works in your phone browser.

Can I join after work has started?

Yes. Choose the current stage; earlier stages are marked completed before the journal, without confirmation that they were inspected. The questionnaire remains available. For partial renovation, choose the relevant stages.

Apartment condition inspection

Not yet accepted from the developer? Inspect before handover and record issues. Already accepted? Record its initial condition before renovation.

Check accessible rooms, windows, doors and services; save photos, a report or handover document and outstanding issues. The inspection scope depends on the property and available documents.

Record your own inspection, attach an external specialist’s findings or request FLEGO Check. The journal labels these sources separately.

An inspection does not automatically accept the apartment or resolve issues. Complete the questionnaire and meet the designer in parallel.

Durations are approximate for an 80–100 m² apartment in Tbilisi.
